Process for Problem Solving

Whether it's designing a new feature or rebranding a company, I follow this general workflow for each design challenge where the objective is to solve a defined problem. Each project is different and sometimes the team has to repeat multiple steps or backtrack to arrive at the best solution, so this linear flow begins to look more like a web.

I use this workflow in it's entirtey for completley new ideas that require research, but I also use elements of this process when doing more straightforward design tasks.
